Commitment Issues?  Yeah we get it.

We understand doJi Shades is new(ish) to some and we often times will go to the edge of the earth to make sure our customers love us.  We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for ANY reason with a FULL Refund.  Often return reasons:

  • You've got a big ole dome, and maybe the style you purchased is kinda snug
  • You are having buyers remorse on the blue lens, and want to go a shade darker
  • Your unruly teenager you bought them for wants the neon pink Maddie Moons, and not the blue Motliest Crew
  • You gave it a try and went on a first date with us, but we weren't funny enough 

    To be eligible for a return, please return the item in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging. 

Once our team is connected, we will provide you with a FREE shipping label to send back all of our belongings and let us all move on.

Warranty Policy

doJi offers a 1 year, full replacement warranty on our sunglasses.   

We have kids, you may as well and lets face it, sh*t happens.  Our policy covers broken, damaged, scratched, scuffed, ran over by the truck, and those subtle moments when your 2 year old snags them from your face and steals the life from them.    No matter what, we got you homie. 

Even if they accidentally fall off your face while sky diving and land in an erupting volcano, just let us know and we will have free replacements on the way faster than any Jimmy John's delivery you have ever had.

Kindly send submit a photo of your destruction and order number in your claim.  No questions asked, no interrogation, nobody is getting hurt here...we will send you NEW ones, no questions asked.

Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned product arrives to our originating shipping point. 

If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at seth@dojishades.com.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and in route, we will ship you the same value pair of sunglasses, on the house.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
