What is covered under doJi's warranty?
For 1 year following the day you receive your shades, doJi covers any manufacturing defects, scratches, breaks and damage. Our process is simple, no questions asked and can be found here.
How does the 30 day money back guarantee work?
Commitment issues? Yeah we get it. In all seriousness, this process is easy. Buyers remorse, something didn't fit right, submit a return request with you original order number. doJi will send you a prepaid shipping label for FREE, and process a full refund for the value of your purchase, at the time of your purchase. If the item was on sale or discounted, a refund for that discounted value is applied.
What does doJi mean?
We get this question ALOT, and love to tell this story. Our brand was originally going to be called JETT, after our son. Jett is such a cool name - everyone, and i repeat everyone had already used it - 1 even trademarked it. Our daughter at the team meeting (breakfast) blurted out in pure frustration, why can't we just do Jett inc. Hmmm. do-Jett-in, do-J-i....doJi (doh-jee).
Does doJi provide Rx sunglasses, or eyewear?
We are currently not offering Rx lenses in our products. But stayed tuned, the future looks clear (bad pun? lol). But for real, stay tuned. Our team is working on this right now.
Why are your sunglasses cheaper than other brands?
Full transparency mode...I love it. Here's the stark reality. Our production cost is not much different than others, including the big guys. The difference, we haven't forgotten our customers, or followed the inflation band wagon, driving prices up because we can. In fact, when our competition increased, we dropped our prices. I am a believer in stepping over a dime to pick up 2 nickels if we have an opportunity to serve more good people.
